1. Introduction

Welcome to TMD Panel. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "TOS") govern your use of our website located at www.tmdpanel.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by TMD Panel ("us", "we", or "our").

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

You may maintain only one account with TMD Panel. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual will be terminated, and any associated earnings may be forfeited.

4. Surveys and Rewards

4.1 Survey Invitations

We will send you invitations to participate in surveys based on your profile information. You are not obligated to complete any survey, but you will only receive rewards for surveys that you complete successfully.

4.2 Survey Completion

You agree to provide truthful, thoughtful responses to all surveys. We reserve the right to withhold payment for surveys that show evidence of:

• Speeding through questions
• Providing inconsistent answers
• Selecting the same response for all questions
• Failing attention check questions
• Providing nonsensical or gibberish responses

4.3 Rewards

Upon successful completion of surveys, you will receive rewards in your TMD Panel account as specified in the survey invitation. Rewards may vary based on survey length, complexity, and other factors.

4.4 Redemption

You may redeem your accumulated rewards for various payment options as offered in our redemption center. Minimum threshold amounts may apply before redemption is available.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or other software to complete surveys
• Creating multiple accounts
• Providing false information in your profile or survey responses
• Attempting to manipulate or game the survey system
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account to another person
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to mask your location
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Attempting to reverse engineer any aspect of the Service
• Accessing the Service through means other than the interface we provide

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and forfeit earnings for users who engage in prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TMD Panel and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TMD Panel.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

In no event shall TMD Panel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

TMD Panel does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
